Cancellation Policy


Order can only be cancelled before order was submitted to warehouse for processing. For order cancellation requests after order was processed, we will try to submit requests to warehouse to intercept the order, however it won't be guarenteed.


We ONLY HONOR CALL-IN cancellations. Please call (844) 455-0251  to cancel the order. We do not guarantee order will be cancelled on time if you email your cancellation request to us, since we may not catch the email before order submitted to warehouse for processing.


If you want to cancel an order but it has already been processed for shipping, then we can no longer guarantee cancelling the order for you. If you would like to return the item after you've received it, please refer to our return policy.


Shipping Policy

Orders will be shipped within 1 business day (24 hours).  
Costumes, Lingeries may subject to extra processing time. 

Domestic packages are shipped through USPS, Fedex, UPS or equivalent Services. Free shipping may be delivered by either carrier, and we will not know ahead of time. All APO, FPO, and PO Box addresses will be delivered exclusively by USPS and may take longer. Standard and Express shipping to physical addresses will always be delivered via UPS, Fedex or equivalent Services, as well every Next Day, 2nd day Package (Please note that Next Day, 2nd day air shipping is not available to PO Boxes). Standard domestic shipping takes approximately 3-7 business days. Wrong Shipping or shipping address chosen for domestic shipping may be subject to additional surcharge.

International Packages are shipped using USPS Priority Mail, First Class Mail or UPS International shipping types. The recipient is responsible for all customs fees, taxes, and brokerage charges. Refused packages will be abandoned and WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. Estimated International standard shipping takes approximately 2-4 weeks.

All orders are subject to product availability and order verification, which can delay the shipment of your package. Orders placed before 3pm PST, Monday through Friday are generally Processed on the same business day. (However, we can not guarantee same day shipping). On Orders placed after 3pm PST should be processed the next business day. All processed order usually shipped within approximately one business day (24 hours). Special order items, such as Lingerie, Costume, Bodycons, and select swimwear, may take additional 3-4 business days to process, depending on the vendors’ transit time. Items with “DG1,” “LA1”, "MNT1", "UGH1" or “CD1” in the item number are special order items that are subjected to the extra 3-4 business days for shipping.

Please note that the estimated delivery time is calculated as Processing Time + Carrier Transit Time. For example, speical order items with 3-4 business day processing time and 2nd day air shipping method, the estimate delivery day should be expected as 5-6 business days. If you need the special order item urgently, please contact us (844) 455-0251  , we will try to rush the processing and ship the order asap.

All items selling on the website is New and in original packaging. All the shipping cost calculation is based on the weight of the package. However some shipping carriers do have dimension restrictions. Due to restrictions and terms with different shipping carrier, we may have to alter the packaging to fix the dimension restrictions. For example footwear with oversized shoe boxes, or extremely low priced deal items.

Please review your order for accuracy before submitting. If you need to make a change to your shipping address and/or order once your order has been processed, please contact us at (844) 455-0251  as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate your request. We have multiple promotions, coupons, rules apply for our shopping cart. Any request to change promotions apply on the order may subject to additional handling charges.

If customer want to make change to the existing order, like downgrade shipping or apply different coupons, please contact us as soon as order created. we will try to help to apply before too late. And some handling fee may apply.

Note: Business days include Monday through Friday and exclude Holidays.

Delivery Policy


All of our orders with standard shipping or free shipping will be shipped without signature delivery or insurance. If customer need the signature delivery, please contact us for additional shipping fees.

All of our orders with standard shipping or free shipping may be shipped by following shipping methods: UPS ground, UPS SurePost, USPS First Class, USPS Priority, Fedex Ground, Fedex Smartpost or equivalent shipping service depending on the shipping circumstance, by processing the order, customer fully aware of the shipping carrier may leave the package at the safest location of the ship to address by the delivery staff own judgement. Customer agrees the carrier to deliver the package without signature. Customer is responsible to communicate with delivery carrier for special instructions.
